About Bajool State School
Bajool SS is a co-educational school situated in the Central Qld District, 38kms south of Rockhampton along the Bruce Highway. Opened in 1888, Bajool SS has two air-conditioned teaching spaces catering for 31 Prep to Year 7 students
The students are in a multi-age setting and progress through four levels of ability across all areas of the curriculum. The Early Education Centre (EEC) caters for students working in foundation level and level one. The Middle Class caters for students working in levels two, three and four. Students can move freely across these levels and teaching spaces depending on their learning development.
Parents/carers are regularly informed of and encouraged to participate in the decisions surrounding their child’s progress. Within this framework students may be enriched or receive learning support as required.
